Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used or opened items for health and safety reasons. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging Returned within 8 days of delivery Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
Damaged in transit Leaking, broken, or defective Different from what you ordered Please contact us at customersupport@botanicalcham.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

Shipping costs for returns (unless due to our error) are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
